Required Precision

1、Upper and lower pressure wheels:

The upper and lower roller adopts the structure of the roller box, the rigidity and stability of the roller is better, the roller circumference is less than or equal to 0.02mm, the roller adopts SKD-11 forging material, heat treatment HRC62±1.The roller adjustment device is fixed on the table, with good stability and more stable weight and size.

2、Lead Rail:

The traction guide rail is leveled with the excessive guide rail to ensure the stability of powder filling. The loading height should be 35mm, 60mm, and each set of lower guide rail to meet the product suppression requirements.

3、Up and down the pressure bar and other high and accuracy：

The upper bar is 202mm, using double bond structure, the lower bar is 250mm, equal to 0.01mm, and the matching accuracy is within ± 0.02mm. The upper and lower pressure head is made of SKD-11 material, and each cover is within ± 0.01mm.
