Accuracy requirements

1、Upper and lower pressure wheels:

The upper and lower roller adopts the structure of roller box, with better rigidity and stability, the roller circumference beating is less than or equal to 0.015mm, the roller adopts SKD-11 forging material, heat treatment HRC62±1. The roller adjustment device is fixed on the table, with good stability and more stable weight and size.

2、Lead rail:

The traction guide rail is leveled with the excessive guide rail to ensure the stability of powder filling, with 25mm and one set of lower guide rail to meet the product suppression requirements.

3、High level and precision of upper and lower pressure rods:

The total height of the upper pressure bar is 133mm, using a double bond structure. The total height of the lower pressure bar is 240mm and equal to 0.01mm, and the matching accuracy is within ± 0.01mm. The upper and lower pressure head is made of skd-11 material, and each sleeve is within ± 0.01mm.
