Required Precision

1、The upper and lower pressure wheels feature a roller box structure, ensuring superior rigidity and stability. With a roller circumference precision of less than or equal to 0.02mm, the rollers are crafted from SKD-11 forging material, heat-treated to HRC62±1 for exceptional durability. The roller adjustment device is securely fixed to the table, enhancing stability and maintaining consistent weight and size. This design guarantees precise and stable performance, making it a reliable choice for various applications.

2、The traction guide rail is meticulously aligned with the excess guide rail, guaranteeing stability during powder filling operations. The loading height is precisely set at 35mm and 60mm, with each lower guide rail configured to meet the specific product suppression requirements. 3、Exceptional precision characterizes the upper and lower pressure rods, with the upper bar measuring 202mm, featuring a robust double bond structure.
