Taiwan precision linear roller guide and ball screw pair and Germany fag or Japan Nsk screw special bearing are used for feed transmission.The ball screw installation is of pre stretching structure.which can improve the rigidity and reduce the influence of cold and hot machine on workpiece procession accuracy.
Machine tool two channel spindle work at the same time,no matter using manipulator or manual loading and unloading can not stop without waitting for loading and unloading.one machine is equivalent to the efficiency of two machine,reduce personnel,reduce costs.
