TY80 flat bed CNC lathe machine
This end-face miling and center hole driling machine tool series is mainly designed for machining the small and medium-sized shaftparts with a diameter ofΦ80mm or less and a length of 700mm or less.lt is equipped with an opposie combined milling and or solmiling and diling dual-spindle power head,allowing end facemilling,center hole drilling,outer circle turning and chamfering andfeaturing high machining efficiency, high economical efficiency, stable performance,easy operation and other advantages.
THE MAIN FEATURES
A powerful hydraulic self-centering clamp features strong clamping force, stable performance and easy adjustment.
The guideway is plated with plastic,70mm in the cross sectional width,driven by double-nut ball screw and with，featuringhigh positioning accuracy.
A three-shaft servo CNC system provides accurate positloning and an extemal hand wheel is easy to operate and adjust.
Simultaneous machining of both ends throuonh sinale inslallation and clamping yields high accuracy in coaxlality of centerholes and good consistency in product machining precision,
