TY100 horizontal CNC lathe
This end-face milling and center hole drilling machine tool series is mainly designed for machining the small and medium-sized shaft parts with a diameter of Φ120mm or less and a length of 900mm or less. It is equipped with an opposite combined milling and or split milling and drilling dual-spindle power head, allowing end face milling, center hole drilling, outer circle turning and chamfering and featuring high machining efficiency, high economical efficiency, stable performance,easy operation and other advantages.
This machine tool is of a one-piece 30° slanting bed structure and has the advantages of low loading height, short distance and smooth scrap conveying over the flat bed structure.
THE MAIN FEATURES
Using gear rack hydraulic self centering vice, the guide surface is quenched and hardened for more than HRC52,the slide surface is carefully scraped and assembled, and the centralized lubrication is supplied, the lubrication is reliable and reliable, the performance is stable, the clamping is convenient, and the clamping force is strong.
The high rigidity rectangular guide rail is more than HRC52 after quenching, and the width of the guide rail is 130mm. The guide rail surface can be prevented from crawling at low speed and the service life of the guide rail can be prevented by plastic placement. With the precision grinding class double nut ball screw drive, the precision is high and the life is long.
A Three-shaft servo CNC system provides accurate positioning and an external hand wheel is easy to operate and adjust.
A volumetric electric lubricating pump is used to lubricate the guide and silk rod fully and effectively to improve the life span.
Available in standard configuration is a crawler scrap conveyor with rear-discharge and side-discharge options.
Low loadina height, short distance,smooth scrap conveying andpleasant operation.
