TY500-535 5 axis horizontal machining center
Structure
CBS500-535High-speed bridge 5 axis machining center series is gantry structure.Design of fixed table,flexible fixture design achieve bigger work travel,heavier fixture and simple interface requirement,suitable for extensive processing applications.X/Y/Z axis is using rolling linear guide,servo motor by elastic coupling and high precision ball guide screw,improve machine precision and precision stability.
Spindle
The spindle is a motor built-in spindle.Standard:30000rpm HSK E40,built-in three-phase AC induction motor,the stepless speed control by inverter.The spindle has the characteristics of compact structure,light weight,small inertia,small vibration,low noise and others,can achieve high speed,high precision and high operation stability.
ATC
ATC standard 26 tools,the servo motor achieve quickly and accurately tool change,the tool changing structure is simple and reliable,practical.No arms design,for directly tool grasping,improved the performance of the machine.It also has an integrated tool magazine gate design with no independent cylinder ismore stable.
5 axis Rotary table
The torque motor directly driven precision five-axis rotary table,the plate size isΦ250,used in CNC machine for 5 axis linkage machining,with high-speed,precision,reliable,easy to operate and other advantages.

Apply in various complex shapes of two,three-dimensional bump model,complex cavity and surface,suitable for manufacturing industry of valve,cam,mold,plate &box part’smilling,drilling, expanding,boring,tapping and other processing steps,more suitable for small batch multi-species production,also for mass production in automatic production line.
