TY5260 INCLINED BED CNC LATHE
※ The inclined bed NC lathe is mainly used for precision and complex rotary parts of various varieties, small and medium batch processing.
※ Hydraulic chuck can be selected to realize automatic feeding and unloading, and the turning and milling functions can be realized by choosing and matching the system and functional components at one time.
※ It can satisfy the processing of inner circle, outer circle, step, cone, sphere, groove, various kinds of screw and complex surface. It can meet the needs of rough and finish processing of casting and forging blanks of various kinds of superalloys, titanium alloys, heat-resistant alloys, stainless steel, cast iron, cast steel and other materials.
※ Castings are tempered to eliminate internal stress. X and Z axle guideways adopt Taiwan linear guideways. Full stroke straightness correction ensures the accuracy of machine tool movement and good accuracy retention.
※ The numerical control lathe with inclined bed has good reliability, rigidity, high precision, long service life and fast speed. It can reliably and steadily complete rough, fine and finish machining of various difficult-to-machine materials.
※ The spindle of inclined bed NC lathe has short dragging torsion and high spindle speed. Bed is cast from high-grade cast iron into 30 degree/60 degree inclined bed, integral casting forming.
