TY800LA/TY1000LA Linear guide vertical machining center
1. Wide base design with three sets of precision linear guide ways and 5 sliding blocks on X and Y axes,and two sets of precision linear guide ways and 6 sliding blocks on Z axis .The machines are suitable for both rough and finish machines are suitable for both rough and finish machining because of high rigidity ,precision and stability .
2. Ball screw’s driving end equipped with 4 precision angular contact ball bearings and the other end with 3 ones ,ball screw pre-extended .
3. Spindle supported by angular contact ball bearing with good rigidity for cutting .
4. Turning area can be supplied with full coolant .
